Narayan P Dhital, M.Sc., Ph.D. candidate : Currently working towards a Ph.D. in forestry at Laval University of Canada, Mr. Dhital holds a M.Sc. degree in forestry from Wagemingen University, the Netherlands. He carries a long experience as a forester and natural resource manager in Nepal and Tibet, China for a decade. He has substantial experience in facilitating community forestry programs at grassroots level and other forest management disciplines. He worked atThe Mountain Institute (a US based INGO) in Qomolangma (Mt. Everest) Conservation Project in Tibet, China for three years as a community development expert. His current interests include impacts of climate change on growth and productivity of boreal forests.
