CFFN has come a long way from its humble beginnings that began nearly a year and a half ago. Today CFFN is recognized by Nepal enthusiasts as a credible organization dedicated to the contemporary issues of Nepal. We hope that the series of activities carried out by CFFN during this period has given spirited friends like you opportunities to be part of its endeavors and to contribute in building a peaceful, democratic, just and prosperous Nepal.
This event is open to those of you who carry interest in working on the contemporary issues of Nepal through CFFN. We recommend that you acquire or renew your membership. The membership fee is $25 for an individual and $35 for a family. Please send membership fees along with your name, address, phone number and email address. If you are sending fees through mail, make the cheque payable to Canada Forum for Nepal.
Members who are unable to attend the AGM but are willing to serve on the executive board are encouraged to send their nomination in advance through email. Candidates and nominators must all send separate emails to email@example.com. Members can appoint another member to be a proxy for them to exercise their rights to vote at the AGM or file for candidacy. You can appoint your proxy either by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out and mailing the form below. You could also submit an agenda to the AGM by sending an email or via regular mail.
At the time of this writing, we are focusing our energy on two fronts: 1) advancing intellectual debates on contemporary issues of Nepal, and 2) advancing education and community empowerment activities in rural Nepal. You are encouraged to send your ideas for building sustainable and self-reliant programs and activities in Nepal. Please send your inquiries to email@example.com or by phone at+1-613-596-6692.
