This book was conceived by CFFN as a way of channelling Canadian Nepali and other Diaspora thoughts into a book that could be of use to Nepal in the area of rural development, livelihoods and sustainability.

To this end, this book covers various themes: sustainable agriculture, sustainable management of natural resources, development policies for sustainable future, and sustainable provision of healthcare.
